Can I make a reservation without knowing my destination(s)?
Yes. We know we have to adapt to our client's needs. We try to be as flexible and accommodating as we can. As long as you have a pick-up date, time, and address, you can make a reservation (1).

Do you take credit cards?
Yes. For your convenience, we take VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card. We also accept cash and company checks. (Sorry, no personal checks.)

How do I set up a corporate account?
Simply submit a completed credit application including company contact info, 3 credit references and a bank reference. We also require a credit card to guarantee the account. Once these are received, we can begin invoicing you.

Can you pick me up curbside from the airport?
SFO and OAK allow for curbside pick-up in sedans or limousines. Please call our office once you've collected your bags and we will dispatch the chauffeur. SJC does not allow curbside. Larger vehicles are restricted to pick-up only from the assigned charter pick-up areas at each airport.
We offer Meet and Greet service inside for those who do not want to meet at the curb.

Do you charge extra for early morning or late night pick-ups?
No. We realize you can't always control what time of day you are traveling and we accommodate these requests with no additional charges.

Can you customize a wine tour to include the specific wineries that I want to see?
Yes, we can and we do it quite often. Just let us know which wineries you are interested in at the time you place your reservation, and we will set it up (2).

Where do your tours depart from and at what times?
The beauty of our personalized service is that it is tailored to your needs. We will pick you up and drop you off from wherever you are. You dictate the times you'd like the tour to begin and end.

Are there restrooms on board your vehicles?
The fullsize Luxury Vehicles are restroom equipped. The sedans, limos and minicoaches are not, but we will make necessary stops for restroom breaks if requested (when safe).

Do you allow children in your vehicles?
Yes. We provide transportation to proms and other children related activities. Some of our tours offer an exceptional learning experience. We do require a chaperone (over the age of 18 yrs) be present when there are more than 6 children being transported. If children are acting in an unsafe manner, the chauffeur will stop the vehicle. Please note, there are no seatbelts in any vehicles larger than the stretch limousine.

(1) Please note, our motorcoaches cannot access all locations (ie: Muir Woods and Thomas Fogerty Winery are in size-restricted areas) so we do need to know ahead of time if you are planning on visiting a more "remote" location. If we plan these types of trips ahead of time, we can assign the appropriate size vehicle.
(2) Tasting Fees are not included in our rates.
