Terms & Conditions
The Customer is Our Priority.
- Equipment - Lone Star Transportation (LST) charters a fleet of vehicles varying in size from town cars and stretch limos, to executive coaches and fullsize motorcoaches. LST will not be held responsible for inoperable video/audio equipment. LST reserves the right to substitute similar equipment from other charter companies when necessary.
- Booking Policy - Orders can be placed by phone/fax (408.263.1583/408.263.1588) or email (sales@lonestartransportation.com). Customers will receive a confirmation as acknowledgement of their order. If you have not received your confirmation within (3) days of placing the order, please contact our office immediately to be sure we received your request.
- Payment Policy - Full payment is due (7) days prior to the service date (unless preapproved for corporate billing). For your convenience, we accept cash, checks or VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Original confirmations do not necessarily reflect actual charges. Customers will be billed for the amount of time the vehicle was booked regardless if the trip returns early. Customers will be billed for any overtime incurred after the service is performed. Any changes, additions, or deletions may change the cost of the service. LST will not be responsible for delays due to heavy traffic, accidents or severe weather.
- Cancellation Policy - Cancellations must be received in advance of (4) hours prior to car service or (3) business days prior to wedding or coach service to qualify for full refund. Cancellations made with less than required notice are subject to being charged the full rate of charter.
- Cleaning Deposit - A cleaning deposit of $500.00 will be required on any charter service where food/beverage will be served on the vehicle (excluding bottled water). This deposit may be held on any major credit card and will not be billed unless the vehicle requires anything more than normal cleaning upon return.
- Gratuities - A nominal gratuity is included in our net pricing (excluding car/limo airport transfers). Should your driver exceed your expectations and you would like to increase the amount, please feel free to do so. You may add to your invoice or pay cash on-site.
- Lost & Found - LST is not responsible for any lost items. The chartering party should check for any items left on the vehicle before exiting. If LST finds an item at the conclusion of trip, client is responsible for cost of shipping to return item (if applicable).
- Emergency Contact Information - A LST respresentative is available (24) hours/day for emergencies by calling 415.609.6015.
